I had the LCA of CA location and got h1b approved. But still I will be working from home. what do i do in such a case? can I get LCA of home address? or its okay because I am staying near LCA location and working from home? H1B2012 Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 Hi Sandy I dont think it is gonna be a major problem , but as now , there may be chance for client visits or work site visits, you can contact your attorney and ask them what you can reply if such thing happens when you WFH ? In my opinion you can also file AR11 form when there is a change in place other than LCA .. so you find the best option by contacting your Attorney. Link to comment
