Hi,

Will there be any issues with H1B extension with OWVI(visibly impaired) charges?

I have my visa till July this year and my employer has filed an extension with USCIS. While the case is in progress - will the extension be denied? I have my sentencing on April 30th 2015.

Please advise. Thanks!
