H1B Transfer RFE. Can i apply Extension with Current Employer immedietly?

Hello,

I am working for Client XXX with Current Employer->Vendor->Prime Vendor->End Client. I have applied for H1B Transfer with new Employer ABC and got an RFE to show Employer-Employer relationship.I have applied with New Employer ABC->Vendor->End Client, by showing a MSA(Master Service Agreement) between Vendor and Client,as Prime Vendor and Client insisted not to give Letters due to HR Policies initially.

But now the Prime Vendor is ready to give Letters and any document Required. So can i apply with my Current Employer for H1B Extension showing as Employer->Vendor->Prime Vendor. Showing Prime Vendor as the implementation partner.

FYI - My H1B is valid till September 2011 with current employer.Experts please advise ASAP, i am in tensed situation now.
