punika Posted April 7, 2015 Report Share Posted April 7, 2015 My H1B petition is getting expire on Dec 31,2016 and now my company is planning to initiate my GC under EB2 category. So, would like to know that will I get Labor, I140 and visa extension before that date or I need to go back to India? Is there any way to expedite process to get I140 and visa extension prior to Dec 31, 2016? Link to comment
