Multiple Labor (Future and Current employment)

Hi,

I am holding H1-B Visa and switching to a company where they are planning to initiate GC process in some time. I am working with a consultancy who are ready to start my GC as a future employment basis

 

I would like to know if there is any issue with multiple labor applications are submitted( One with future Employer and other with new employer)

 

Would there be any issue for other labor  if one of these labor application gets audited/denied
