1037.rakesh
Hi All, I used to work for company A, now I am working for company B since last OCT 2014. Currently company B is holding my H1b visa and running my pay stubs. I got a better opportunity with Company A and i am thinking to move back to company A where my old H1-b is still active but hasn't been running any pay stubs. Will there be any problem to move back to company A? Please let me know Link to comment
JoeF
Company A is obviously clueless if they haven't revoked the H1.They would be required to pay you for all the time the H1 has been active, even if you didn't work there. What other law violations are they doing? Link to comment
ashuneel
Company A needs to file new Cap exempt H-1b. Old H-1b is not active and they sholud have sent revocation notice by law. Link to comment
