kandpal123 Posted March 13, 2015 Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 Hi, My Kid is born in USA on May 2013. They have a valid US passport and PIO card issued 2013. My family ( Kid ) is in India since last 6 month and they will be planning to stay for couple more months. My question is do they need to go to the local LIU/Police office and apply for the extension or registration for long stay, knowing that there were changes on LIO policies. Does this new policy apply for the PIO card holder who moved to india before this announcement. Thank You, Abhinav Link to comment
