At present my H1B is in pending status after providing RFE.

 

Can I apply for new H1B for the year 2015-16 through the same employer?

No, same employer cannot file two H1's for you.

Why do you want to get into the same problems again?

You should have looked for a better employer a long time ago.

H1b processing with RFE doesn't give you any status.

I have responded to the RFE and the status is as shown below.

So my question is the H1B applied for 2014-15 is in pending status, so can I apply for H1B through the same employer for the year 2015-16?
