Uscis website shows 2 months but it was updated on Jan 31st and is it common to take care more than 2 months?? what is the general timeline for regular H1b extension process other than what USCIS website shows, apparently,they are not keeping with what the website shows. **upgrading to Premium Processing is not an option in this case** Thank you. santhoshkumar.balli Posted March 12, 2015 Report Share Posted March 12, 2015 I have applied December last week '2014 and the receipt number generated on Dec 30th '2014. As on today, my status is still "Received" and no update yet. I am planning to upgrade to premium. Link to comment
