charitha.vellanki
I am planning to apply visitors visa to US for my niece (My COUSIN'S daughter) who is 15 years old and really not sure about the process. 1. Does she have a better chance of getting visa if all the family members apply for visa?? 2. As she is my cousin's daughter, will there be any issues in visa interview as I am not direct family member?? 3. If the visa gets rejected, would it effect her future student/visitors visa interviews to USA or any other country?? your feedback is appreciated. Link to comment
jairichi
1. A niece of 15 years travelling alone = no chance. 2. You have no role in a visitor visa. 3. Possible but cannot say for sure. Link to comment
JoeF
A niece is actually your sibling's daughter... You don't apply for her visitor visa. She applies herself. Link to comment
