Changing Employer in I140 status

I am currently on H1B (3rd year) and have I140 approved from Employer A. I'm offered an Full Time opportunity from Employer B. If I move onto Employer B without Employer A consent are there any chances of revoking my I140 ? or can I port my Priority date with or without Employer A consent.

Employer can revoke your I140. You can't do anything here, but you can still port your PD.

There are always chances of the employer revoking  I140. You can request them not to revoke but it is the employer's decision. You can  port  Priority date with or without Employer A consent. Employer cannot do anything about that.
