IronFist007
I am currently on H1B (3rd year) and have I140 approved from Employer A. I'm offered an Full Time opportunity from Employer B. If I move onto Employer B without Employer A consent are there any chances of revoking my I140 ? or can I port my Priority date with or without Employer A consent. Thanks in Advance. Appreciate your responses. Link to comment

Appreciate your responses. Employer can revoke your I140. You can't do anything here, but you can still port your PD. Link to comment
ashuneel
There are always chances of the employer revoking I140. You can request them not to revoke but it is the employer's decision. You can port Priority date with or without Employer A consent. Employer cannot do anything about that. Link to comment
