1) If I plan to go to a consulate A in Canada and complete the DS-160, but later I choose a date in consulate B (canada) as there were no dates available for consulate A. Do I have to fill in a new DS-160 or can I modify the existing one ??

#1] You will have to fill a new DS 160. You can not modify once completed DS 160.

#2] Same as above ( although I have not gone to India for stamping; I did it Canada (Ottawa).

1) what if I have not submitted the DS 160 yet and scheduled an appointment at consulte A, but I began the DS 160 that I will apply at consulate B ??

2) Or can I fill in a new DS 160 and update the DS 160 reference number (A number) in the website, where we book the slot , after booking the slot ??
