I want to travel to India in month from march ending to April 2nd week. And My husband submitted for his visa H1 and mine H4 extension. We are not sure how many months it takes. so, please anyone help me 1) Is it safe to travel INDIA in this situation , i mean my visa is till April 30 2015? 2) if i can travel, then what are the documents that i need to carry while coming to US.
