rockyraju Posted February 22, 2015 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 Hi everyone, I have been arrested recently for destroying private property (breaking back window of a car which was not intentional though ) and i just applied for opt and I am waiting for it . Can anyone please tell me if this arrest is gonna affect my opt...??? I have hired a criminal attorney to defend my case and also can you please tell me if I need to consult an immigration lawyer to prevent future affects of this. Please help me. Link to comment
