veejay1 Posted February 22, 2015 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 Hi, I am currently on an L1A visa and my employer wont sponsor me a GC. My brother is a US Citizen who is married. I am above 21 years and married. What is the better option to apply for a GC? Do I look to switch to a H1 visa with an employer who will sponsor a GC, or can I have my brother sponsor it?
