My husband has an approved I-140. Now with all this new H4-EAD rule coming up, I am very much confused about the visa status I should have. Is it better to be on F1 and work on OPT or to change my status to H4 and apply for H4-EAD? Please suggest me regarding this. Would you also please let me know all the advantages and disadvantages of H4-EAD? Thanks in Advance! Link to comment
