OCI card Vs Tourist Visa for new born

Hello all,

I have a question regarding whether to apply for OCI card Vs applying a tourist visa for the new born.

Is it advantageous of having OCI card over Visa?

Do we still need visa if we have an OCI card?

Can the new born stay more than 6 months if we apply for OCI card?

Please help me in understanding the above questions.
