I got married in Jan 2015 and my wife applied for F2 visa and got rejected last week. I am on my First OPT which ends on May 31,2015 which is 3+ months from now. The VO cited that as a reason and asked my wife to submit proof of OPT extension or a proof that I have applied for OPT extension. My question: Can my wife apply for visa again with the new i20 which will have OPT Extension date and OPT Extension Application receipt or does she need to wait till I get the new OPT card.
