Sak8988 Posted February 7, 2015 Report Share Posted February 7, 2015 I will file my H-1 this April 1st 2015. My F-1 visa is valid till Dec 2015. And my OPT extension is valid till Feb 2016. 1. Can I travel in March 2nd week and enter before H-1 is applied which is April 1st. 2. Can I travel in April 2nd week, even when the lottery results are not out by then. Pls advise. Link to comment
