maru58
Hello, I'm currently on OPT extension, valid until June 2015. I have been accepted to the PhD Program at a top University in the US with full funding and I want to pursue my PhD at the end of my OPT. My question is, if the new university issues me a new I-20, does it mean that my OPT is no longer valid? I want to work until the end of my OPT but I need the new I-20 from the new school so that I can travel outside of the US for the summer until the academic year begins in August. I'd appreciate any advice you can give me on this. Thank you! Link to comment
