I-140 Amendment

HI,

My I-140 was incorrectly filed EB3 instead of Eb2.

Labor has 16 education and 5 r progressive expression. JOB Description is software Engineer-LEVEL4.

reported to USCIS regarding the mistake, they said they will take care. But later Approved in EB3.

Again layer talked to USCIS say they asked to file amendment for approved I-140 for change in category.

Now the concerens are:

1. Do we get new Receipt Number

2. How long does the amendment process take

3. Can I file my I-485, even if I-140 amendment is in progress.
