rajiv460
Hi I returned from india last year and the Officer wrote down the end date of my I-94 as Feb2, 2016 while i have my H1b stamped and I-797 both valid till June 2016. I think he did this because my Passport expires on Feb 2 2016. Can I extend my Passport and then go to an airport to a CBP officer and get this corrected? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
No. You need to exit and enter with a valid visa and I797. Link to comment

Where did you mention that your I94 is valid till June 2016? You mentioned till Feb 2nd 2016. Give correct details. If 94 is valid till 2nd Feb 2016 then you need to exit and enter US with a valid passport, visa and I797 to get extended I94. Link to comment
