Jose217 Posted January 19, 2015 Report Share Posted January 19, 2015 Applied for AOS: End of July 2014 Received EAD: Oct 2014 Got Marriage related RFE: Nov 2014 Replied to RFE: Dec 2014 No reply from USCIS yet, so RFE is still pending. Is it safe to change jobs using AC21 while our RFE is still pending ? I am working with my lawyers (law services hired by my company) on this RFE. If i leave job who will handle RFE with USCIS ?
