aeiou
Hello members, I am a US citizen. Recently got married in India and my wife lives there. After coming back to USA, I am trying to apply for her; during the process I have noticed that there is an instruction in I-130 instruction document and here it is: A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your spouse. Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information given on your Form I-130 petition. My question is, since my wife is in India, still now do I need her signature in her G-325A form? Please advise. I appreciate your help. Link to comment
