Communication with National Visa Center(NVC)

Hi,

 

We had applied for Change of Category from F2A to IR-1(Immediate Relative)almost 45 days back . We have not heard anything 

 

from NVC inspite of repeated emails and Phone calls.The question I have for you are:

 

1) Is there anything we can do to communicate with NVC by opening a service request similar to  Infopass request of 

 

communicating with USCIS or is there any other means of communication with NVC? 

 

Any urgent help is greatly appreciated.
