EngineerNick Posted January 9, 2015 Report Share Posted January 9, 2015 I am here on a F1 visa and probably sometime soon with a H1B. Me and my finacee are planning to get married in USA. So the plan is for her to get a B2 and then change her status in USA into a F2 or H4 accordingly. Anyway, my question is: If during the interview they ask why doesnt she want to travel with ESTA, what she should answer?She has visited me so far 2 times: 1st time: 1 month with ESTA December 2012 2nd time: 3 months with ESTA July 2014 3rd time: 6 months? May 2015? If she says that she plans to stay 6 months is it suspicious that her visits last longer every time and are relatively frequent?Thanks! Link to comment
