jonnasn
Do I need to have H1 visa stamped on my passport when returning from Dominican Republic? I know it is not needed when returning from Puerto Rico....Please advice Link to comment
JoeF
The Dominican Republic is another country, so you need a visa to enter the US. Puerto Rico is part of the USA. It really isn't rocket science. If you travel within the US, that includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, you don't need a visa. If you enter from another country, you need a visa. Link to comment
