rockstone48
Today was the second attempt for my parents interview. First attempt was one year back for my MS graduations. Background: Dad- Retired Mom - Housewife Elder bro - works in India with family. All the questions asked today were related to me: - where do I work - when did I come to US - where did i study - Do you have another child. Not sure what went wrong. All the questions were standard. Nothing was asked abt finance and sponsorship. Any thoughts on when and how should I go about for the third attempt ? Link to comment
jairichi
Before a third attempt is made talk to an attorney from Murthy law firm. Link to comment
rockstone48
how will that help...I mean the application will remain the same. and do Attorneys gaurantee a visa. Do not get my tone wrong but its just kind of frustrating Link to comment
JoeF
Did you provide any letters? That's often a red flag. Also, I am sorry I have to ask that, but there are unfortunately lots of people who signed up with fraud or shady "universities". That could also be an issue here. Link to comment

But, an attorney looking at your parents' case might be of help. Link to comment
rockstone48
Yes I had provided all the invitation letters to my parents. Also I am working on a work visa with one of the top consulting firms out her and my school is one of the recognized school. So that should not be an issue. Link to comment

Think practically, after three rejections what option do you have?? Link to comment
ashuneel
Since OP mentioned that most questions asked by VO were related to him it raises red flag and possible immigration intent cannot be ruled out. Talking to experienced attorney should help. Link to comment
