Parents shuffling between US & UK with indian passports

Hi,

 

My parents have visiting B2 visa for US, and visiting visa for UK(sister's place). They stayed for 4months in the US last year from MAR2014 - AUG2014 and went to UK for a 6month stay. They want to come back to the US now at the end of Jan. My Question is

 

1. Within a 12month period they stayed for 4months in the US and 6months in UK and they did not go to the home country. Now, if they want to come back to the US, will it be a problem?

 

Really appreciate any help in this matter.

They might end up getting I94 validity for a short time.
