lovetxavier Posted January 5, 2015 Report Share Posted January 5, 2015 I live in San Jose, CA. I have applied I-130/131/485 in september 2014 for my mom. I-131 was approved in Novmeber. On Dec 30th, I got a letter saying "there wont be a interview for I-485, but we need to wait for another 6 months to get the I-485 approved" from NBC. Has anyone got this letter and how long it took to get GC approved, once you got the letter? Thanks, Link to comment
