I140 - employer's acquisition

I have I140 aproved in EB2 with Employer A.

 

I transferred my H1B to employer B. Employer B has started the greencard process.

 

Employer A will get acquiered / shut down by some other copany X.

 

What happens to priority date in this perticular case ? Is it possible to port the priority date if previous employer gets acquiered or shut down/dismantle ?
