gerry0703 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Share Posted January 4, 2015 Hello team of experts, 09/26/2011 - Entry on L1B 08/13/2013 - I-797A approval notice valid from 10/01/2013 to 09/13/2016 03/15/2014 - Travel outside of USA 04/13/2014 - Returned to USA on H1B with I-94 validity up to 06/21/2016 Questions: 1) Do I need to travel outside of USA to gain remaining period on my current h1b visa? - Meaning to get my I-94 get updated. 2) How many more years/months my h1b visa could possibly be extended without GC processing? 3) How many more years/months my h1b visa could possibly be extended assuming if GC (EB3) processing get started this month and everything goes well?
