Change of location of US Embassy for Visa Processing and Interview

Dear All,

My case was forwarded by USCIS to NVC, and they generated ISL number as well. Moreover My father have also paid Affidavit of Support processing fees US$ 88.

 

The problem is My father wrote my addrss as country of born at the time of the petition and I am living an other country for last four years!

 

Can I change US Embassy location for visa processing and interview from "country of born" to "country of currently living" as I have work visa and considering the case was already forwarded to NVC and they have ISL and AOS fess has already been paid?
