H1B Qualification

Hi ,

 

We need a clarification education qualifications required for H1B Qualification

 

My Brother has the following education qualification and he is selected in one of the companies who mentioned they will be processing H1B for him in 2015. However, he is worried if he is really qualified for H1B based on his education qualification.

 

Could someone please review his education details and provide feedback. 

 

 

10th Class      ......1999 Passed out

2001 to 2002  ...... computer course (Designing course) from Nehru Yuva Kendra

2004 to 2006  ....... B.com ( Dr. B.R.A.O. university -- Graduation from Open university)

2006 to 2007....... PGDCA (Nehru Yuva Kendra) -- Post graduate diploma from central govt of india approved institue

2007 to till date.... job (7.5 years of exp) - Genuine job experience in the skill set where his employer is applying H1B

2009 to 2012.. M.Sc(IT) form nagarjuna universtiy (Distance) - Masters degree from central govt of india approved university

 

He is worried because he didn't do his Intermediate ( or +2 ) and directly did graduation and post graduation. Does this have any impact on he being qualified for H1B based on his education and job experience ?
