Applying to H4 after L1 Rejection

Hi,

My L1 was rejected in May @ Kolkata Consulate and the reason given was that the requirement and skill set is for H1 and not L1.

My Wife is working in US from 2 years on H1 and we got married in March 2011, I will file for H4 Visa in about a month, but because of my details already with consulate abt employee details and all what could be the possible questions by the officer, and should I tell them that I have already resigned from my current employer and my current priority is only to be with her till her h1 is valid.

Please advice.
