Chiroc
Hello, I am an U.S citizen. I married a girl from India more than a year back. She came over here six months back on spouse visa (K3). Within a month and a half time, she left for India since we did not get along well. It is more than three months since she left for India. I have filed her GC but yet to pay the fees for stamping of GC. (Her GC has been approved and is waiting for stamping fee at the Natioanal Visa Center.) Can I cancel her GC since she threatens to file a divorce suit in India? I want to cancel the GC petition I filed since we two cannot get along well. Thanks, John Doe Link to comment
JoeF
If you want to get divorced, you can send USCIS a copy of the divorce decree. The GC is conditional based on her being married to you. Link to comment
