Company A with India Experince of 4 years 9 Months and  3 years 7 Months of USA experince with same Employer A

 

Wiht BE 4 year degree from India and total of 8 yrs 4 months experience with same employer.

If i change employer now. With new employer B with same role as Emplyer A,

Am i eligilbel for EB2 category.?

most likely YES.

two things.

1. Job requirements for new employer B must qualify for EB2. If it is same role as employer A( as mentioned in your post) you have already done the job without requiring 5 yrs + experience so it will be harder to prove why employer B needs experience when employer A did not.

2. At least 5 yrs out of  the 8 yr and 4 months with employer A must be closely related to the job requirements for employer B.
