MurthyIndia_Lawyer
Hello! Pleading guilty have different repercussions in Immigration and Criminal law. It is important that you discuss your options with an Immigration Attorney before proceeding further with the criminal case. I strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified and experienced U.S. Immigration Attorney prior to doing anything. Thanks! Link to comment

This is my interpretation of your statement. Link to comment
