jairichi
You can file for COS to B2 for you and your kids and extend your stay for a few months. No other option other than that. Link to comment
deepat
Thank you . If i change to b2 ,then my l2 EAD is invalid right . Also will my kids still be able to go to school in B2 status?. Link to comment

That is a good question. I did not think about that. But, your kids might be able to continue with their school till a decision is taken on COS to B2 application (which currently is around 3 months).
