The employer has recently chosen to promote me to Senior Manager of software development. But I have applied I485 on Sept 03,2014 and currently waiting for green card. My GC has been applied in EB2 category. I'm from India. What is the most prudent step I should take towards this promotion. Can I accept it ? Link to comment
