H1b pending b1 approved; h4 still valid?

My spouse's h1b was in admin processing since oct 2012& the case was later transferred to USCIS. I wanted to go to US for a few days toverso up the things & they issued me a H4 expiring Sept 2015. His H1b was denied in Nov 2014.

A few days later my spouse applied for B1 & it has been approved. Is my H4 visa still valid?

Your H4 visa is still valid. But, you can enter US with a valid H4 visa only if your spouse is in US on H1B status. Since your spouse is in B1 status your H4 visa is of no use here.
