keerthana30
I am on H4 visa right now. I am travelling to india to convert my visa to F1.( I did not apply COS here.) I completed 2 semesters. I have still 2 semesters left. I booked appointment in hyderabad consulate on december 20th. Also my husband has h1 stamping on december 10th. My name was not included in I-140. So what are the chances of F1 acceptance in my case.? And also we have a house in texas . Can i show it for my F1 if VO asks who is sponsoring and what are the bank balances? Or will this effect my visa if VO thinks that we bought a house and we are going to settle here. How should i convince them.? Please help me Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
Your chances are good if you have all supporting documents. Having a house to pay for your tution is not going to go well with VO. You need to show bank balances that covers your tution fee, living expenses, etc. Link to comment

surya1225
You can tell you bought the house as an investment for future. you sell for good rate when you plan to go back. if thats what your plan is. I would suggest get a loan document from India covering your fee or documents related to your spouse payslips and sponsorship. good luck Link to comment
