H4 visa appointment booking before marriage date

Hello,

 

Current, I am on valid H1-B visa and getting married in this month. I wanted to book a H4 interview slot in Hyderabad. My question is:

 

1. Can I fill and submit  the DS-160 form for my fiance before the marriage date? (For Ex: marriage dt is on Dec-20, can I book a slot today with any interview date after Dec-20) 

 

 

Any suggestions in this regard are highly appreciated.
