Travel to H1B for shorter duration - 3 weeks

Hello -

          I have a valid H1B visa. My company is sending me to US for duration of 3 weeks for work .After 3 weeks I will be coming back to India,My employer will provide payslips for this duration and my salary will get credited in INDIA.

 

In this context I would like to know will there be any problem if I come to US for duration of 3 weeks on H1 . Is it legally possible . Will it causes any problem to my future VS visits and VISA interviews.

              Please help me in this regard.
