Can a 3 year B.com and Senior Diploma in German be shown as a US bachelor's degree?

I hold a B.com degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). I also hold junior and senior diplomas in German from Osmania University, Hyderabad. I am working a technical writer for the past one year. Can my education be evaluated as equivalent to a US bachelor's degree?

You need to do your credential evaluation. See websites like WES etc.

Are you writing technical documents in German? If not, language studies can't be used for H1 or GC.
