Hi,

 

For the question on 'Has anyone ever filed an immigration petition on your behalf" for my wife who is on H4, what should I select, Yes or No. I have an immigration petition filed by my employer.

 

Any help appreciated.

You have to select yes, and give your WAC receipt no.

Your answer is NO as an immigrant petition is filed for you and not your spouse.
