samira Posted November 25, 2014 Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 Hi, I have a Valid L1B extension till 2016 and approved H1B petition from same employer A till 2017. Now if my prospective employer B gets LCA changed and get my H1B Approved. a) Do i need to go to india to get H1B stamped as i have only L1B stamped the first time I came in US ? b) or Just continue to work to Prospective employer B with Valid petition.if yes till what point of time. c) Does my L1 B get cancelled when i Move to Employer B d) what happens to L2 of my spouse once i move to H1B can he continue to work till 2016.
