Problem creating profile to take visa appointment

Hi,

 

My company HR had applied for my B1/B2 visa and created a profile using my company email id one year back. It has been 2 months since i have left the company and my email id is no longer valid.

 

Now, I am trying to apply for H4 visa and while adding a dependent to the principal applicant's profile for taking visa interview dates, if my information is entered, it says " some or all of this information belongs to another applicant."

 

I tried to create my own profile and it gave an error saying " this information belongs to another user - xxx@xxx.com (which is my company Email id)."

 

Will it help to call the helpline and explaining them the situation?

You need to call your previous employer to sort this issue.
