EB2 PD is current and is it possible to link to pending I-485(EB3)?

Hi Belle

I have approved I-140 EB3 & Pending I-485 with PD October 2004.(This one did as a future employee by taking the substitue labour).

With my current employer I do have EB2 - 140 approved with PD- July 13 2007. By October 1st my PD will become current.

Now what are the options I can go with? Is there any possibility to link with the pending I-485?

or Should we file new I-485 with EB2?

Please advice me which options are best for my situation?

Call 1-800 number and make a request to be considered based on the newer I-140. The USCIS may have already interfiled your petitions.
