I had a H1B  with Company - X, I moved to a new employer -Y who Transferred my H1B  which is still in process.

 

I found a new job recently with Employer-Z, and this New Employer - Z is asking me to start soon.

 

So, in this situation, with my H1-B still in Process with employer -Y, can I still move to a new employer - Z, provided Employer - Z , is willing to file my H1-B or H1-B transfer.

 

Can this happen? what is the process?
